The Dishwasher is responsible for performing various kitchen cleaning and storage activities such as dish washing, pot washing, general and equipment cleaning, and the storage and rotation of food and supplies. They are also responsible for janitorial duties in dining areas such as the Dining Room, Bistro, and other related areas. The role involves handling all food, storage, and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards, complying with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding food storage, cleaning, and preparation.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 lbs., and work in confined spaces by bending or climbing
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
