Overview

The Phoenix at Opelika is seeking a Dishwasher to join their team.

Shift Details

• Shift: 7:00am - 7:00pm operation hours
• Position: Dishwasher
• Pay: $16/hour
• Schedule: Mon-Fri; every other weekend required
• Reporting to: Food and Beverage Director

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing, pot washing, general and equipment cleaning, storage and rotation of food and supplies
• Janitorial duties in Dining Room, Bistro and other dining service areas
• Handle all foods, storage and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards
• Comply with federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning and preparation
• Set up and maintain the dish and pot washing area
• Operate dish machine(s) according to Food Safety Standards
• Wash and sanitize all dishes, china, silverware, glassware, utensils and cookware
• Set up and maintain the pot and pan sink per Food Safety Standards
