Job summary

Harrys Seafood Bar & Grille in Ocala, FL is seeking a part-time dishwasher to support busy kitchen operations. You will wash dishes, pots, and assist with general cleaning and storage of food and supplies, ensuring sanitary standards are met.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, at least 1 year in hospitality or casual dining, the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs, plus good written and verbal communication and strong time-management skills.

• Responsible for handling all foods, storage and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning and preparation.
