Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, kitchen, and assigned work areas.
• Assist the culinary team with maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen during each shift.
• Dispose of trash and recycling properly.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors and other designated areas.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing deliveries when requested.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment safely.
• Ensure clean dishes, glassware, and equipment are available to support service.
• Communicate with culinary and F&B team members regarding supplies and needs.

As a Steward, you play an essential role in supporting our culinary and service teams and helping us maintain the high standards our members and guests expect. We are looking for someone who takes pride in keeping a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment and understands the importance of teamwork in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Responsibilities
