Summary

Maintains cleanliness of kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils by performing duties such as washing dishes, storing clean items, and cleaning restaurant premises. Ensures availability of clean dishes and utensils, manages cleaning supplies, and follows safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

1. Scrape food from dishes and wash by hand or load into dishwasher.
2. Collect dirty utensils and pots.
3. Load and unload the dishwasher.
4. Hand wash specific items like wooden boards, large pots, and delicate porcelain.
5. Store clean dishes and utensils properly.
6. Ensure availability of clean dishes during peak hours.
7. Maintain cleaning supplies and reorder as needed.
8. Clean inside and outside of the restaurant, including windows and filters.
