Role: Dishwasher

The Dishwasher is an essential team member responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring all equipment used to prepare meals and serve guests is properly cleaned and sanitized. Duties and Responsibilities

• Represent a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service with a smile to customers and team members at all times.
• Follow our core values, TRIFIC (Trust, Respect, Integrity, First-Class, Innovation, Commitment), and recognize and satisfy all restaurant guests.
• Maintain a professional appearance by adhering to grooming and uniform guidelines, including slip-resistant shoes.
• Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas.
• Load and unload dishwashing machines; wash items in 3-compartment sinks when needed.
• Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment properly, following Food Safety and Sanitation Guidelines.
• Set up workstations before meal prep begins and ensure availability of clean dishes during peak hours.
• Maintain cleaning supplies stock and check dishwashing machine operation, reporting issues to management.
• Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor, and keep the work environment organized and safe.
• Support team decisions enthusiastically and collaborate effectively.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• High School diploma or GED
• Food and Beverage experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a high-energy, demanding environment and collaborate in a team
• Good communication skills in English
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize tasks
• Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in varying conditions including heat, steam, and odors
