Role: General Utility / Dishwasher

Make a difference by loving people through helpful service. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils, keeping everything clean and sanitary. Assist in food preparation and work across all kitchen roles as part of the team.

Responsibilities:

• Scrape and pre-rinse food from dishes and load into dishwashing machine.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand or machine.
• Complete prep work as assigned.
• Remove trash and garbage.
• Clean work surfaces, equipment, and floors.
• Maintain garbage cans and receptacles.
• Assemble and maintain dishwashing equipment.

Qualifications:

• Ability to transport cases up to 50 pounds, multiple times daily.
• Ability to handle plates, utensils, and pans at various heights.
• Work indoors (90%) and outdoors (10%).

Physical Requirements:
