Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform cleaning and sanitation of all kitchen utensils, cookware, dishes, glasses, silverware, and serving dishes used in food preparation and serving.
2. Operate dish machines, disposals, and other kitchen equipment safely.
3. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors and stewarding work areas.
4. Empty garbage in all kitchens and dispose of it into outside dumpsters; sweep and maintain cleanliness of dumpster area.
5. Clean and polish all silver items regularly according to department guidelines and ensure proper storage.
6. Prepare various foods for cooking or serving as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Report to work on time with clean uniforms and maintain appearance according to Nemacolin policies and standards.
• Pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug test at employer’s expense.

Work Hours: The employer offers a minimum of 35 hours per week. The role requires working 7 days a week, including holidays, with shifts from 12am to 8am, 8am to 4pm, or 4pm to 12am. Days off vary, and weekend and holiday work is mandatory.
