Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and small wares.
• Maintain high sanitation standards and ensure items are free of contamination.
• Implement safety and food handling guidelines.
• Remove trash and keep loading and receiving areas clean and safe.
• Stock and organize kitchen and service areas.
• Clean and sanitize food service areas and equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in casual or fine dining environments is helpful.
• High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Effective communication skills with staff and guests.
• Valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required.
