Role: General Utility / Dishwasher

Make a difference by providing helpful service. You will maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils — keeping everything clean, sanitary, and organized. You will also assist in food preparation and work across all kitchen departments.

Responsibilities:

• Scrape and pre-rinse food from dishes and load into dishwashing machine.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand or machine.
• Complete all assigned prep work.
• Remove trash and garbage.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and floors.
• Maintain and break down the dish machine.

Qualifications:

• Desire to care for others, grow, and learn.
• Positive attitude.
• Ability to transport cases up to 50 pounds multiple times a day.
• Ability to handle dishes and supplies on high and low shelves.
• Work indoors (90%) and outdoors (10%), often in hot and damp environments.
• Respond appropriately in emergency situations.

Physical Requirements:

Must navigate the restaurant, move items up to five pounds, lift/move up to 25 pounds, and bend or stoop. Adequate vision is required to ensure cleanliness and operate a touchscreen. Reasonable accommodations are available for disabilities.
