Corner Table Restaurants is seeking a dependable Dishwasher to support the kitchen team in a fast-paced environment. You will maintain a clean, safe dishwashing area, wash and sanitize dishes, and assist with overall kitchen cleanliness during service and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the dishwashing area as a clean, safe, and sanitary workspace at all times.
• Sort, rinse, and load dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment into the dishwasher.
• Ensure all items are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored.
• Wash pots, pans, and other items by hand as needed.
• Monitor and change dishwater and cleaning solutions to maintain sanitation standards.
• Sort and stack clean dishes and return them to appropriate storage areas.
• Remove trash and recycling regularly, keeping waste areas clean and organized.
• Clean and maintain sinks, floors, and surrounding areas, ensuring a safe (dry) work environment.
• Support the kitchen team with cleanliness and organization throughout service and closing.

THE POSITION: DISHWASHER
