DO & CO group in New York is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our expanding team. You will operate dishwashing equipment, sanitize surfaces, and ensure a clean, safe kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of relevant or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing machines, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers.
• Wash and sanitize tables, walls, refrigerators, and surfaces.
• Move supplies between storage and work areas following lifting procedures.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and delivering supplies and products.
• Sort and dispose of trash in designated containers.
• Steam-clean or hose down garbage containers.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas during the shift.
• Follow company sanitation, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial equipment, including dishwashing machines, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers.
• Wash and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators, butcher blocks, and other food-preparation surfaces as assigned.
• Transfer supplies and equipment safely between storage and work areas while following proper lifting procedures.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and delivering supplies, equipment, and products.
• Sort, remove, and dispose of trash and waste in designated containers.
• Steam-clean or hose down garbage containers in assigned areas.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas throughout the shift.
• Follow all company sanitation, hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Qualifications
