Seeking reliable Dishwashers for our Dumbo cafe! This is a daytime concept, supporting a great work / life balance.

What you'll do :

• Effectively washes pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, glasses, and traps; maintains neat appearance of working areas and cleaning equipment storage areas
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors
• Cleans garbage cans and waste barrels
• Maintains cleanliness of bathroom facilities on a 45 minute rotation
• Assists in checking in food orders, and properly storing items according to FIFO
• Maintains all storage areas, so they are clean, organized according to company / local government standards
• Washes worktables, walls and refrigerators
• Operates dishwashing machine according to standard operating procedure
• Follows all procedures and meets food hygiene regulations
• Participates in all deep cleaning of the BOH and FOH operations as needed
• Performs general cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming, tidying up stations, emptying bins, checking and cleaning bathrooms
