Stoney River Steakhouse and Grill is hiring a dishwasher to support a high-volume kitchen in Nashville. The role focuses on cleaning and sanitizing dishes, cookware, and utensils to maintain spotless kitchenware and comply with sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
• 1 yr. previous kitchen/culinary experience preferred but not required.
• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a spotless dishwashing station in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ensure proper sanitation protocols are followed and kitchenware is thoroughly cleaned.
• Assist with opening and closing cleaning duties and support team members as needed.

Job Description: Our restaurants operate professional, fast-paced, scratch kitchens. We hire dishwashers who understand high expectations for food presentation and execution on spotless clean kitchenware. Our restaurants typically include an open-kitchen layout with visibility from the dining room. Coordination of designated positions requires strong communication and teamwork with other employees, including all other team members and all members of management. This position is responsible for the execution of proper dish cleaning while maintaining a clean station and workspace. Proper sanitation protocols must be followed. Responsibilities also include opening duties and closing cleaning duties.
