Dial Senior Living in Monument, CO is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support kitchen staff and ensure high sanitation standards. You will operate the dishwashing station, hand wash items when needed, and help maintain an organized, clean kitchen while delivering friendly service to residents.

Applicants should be at least 16 years old, fluent in English, and capable of standing for most of the shift. The role offers benefits and opportunities within a caring senior living community.

Qualifications

• Must be age 16 or older.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend the English language.
• Promote teamwork in providing services to residents.
• Follow state food-handling and kitchen regulations.
• Operation of basic kitchen appliances or willingness to learn.
• Standing/walking for 3–3.75 hours per shift.

Responsabilités

• Operate dishwasher and ensure proper sanitation of kitchenware including dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and trays.
• Hand wash kitchen items not suitable for the dishwasher.
• Store items in their proper spot and maintain a tidy kitchen.
• Notify manager if dish machine malfunctions or requires maintenance.
• Clean equipment, appliances, storage area, and sinks according to schedule.
• Support kitchen staff with basic prep, item restock, or delivery of clean items when needed.
• Provide customer service to residents to allow a high level of resident satisfaction.
• Bus tables during and after meals and clear tables when residents are finished eating, as requested.
• Maintain a clean, orderly and safe kitchen environment as required by local and state health departments.
• Perform routine preventative cleaning on dish machine according to schedule.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience and Other Requirements

• Must be age 16 or older
