Jackson Creek Senior Living in Monument, CO seeks a dedicated Dishwasher to maintain a clean, organized kitchen and ensure sanitation of all dishware. You will support kitchen staff, assist with basic prep, and help provide excellent resident service.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwasher and ensure proper sanitation of kitchenware including dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and trays.
• Hand wash kitchen items not suitable for the dishwasher.
• Store items in proper spots and maintain a tidy and organized kitchen.
• Notify manager if dish machine malfunctions or requires maintenance.
• Clean equipment, appliances, storage area, and sinks as scheduled.
• Support kitchen staff with basic prep, restock, or delivery of clean items.

• Perform routine preventative cleaning on dish machine according to schedule.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience and Other Requirements

• Must be age 16 or older
• Ability to read, write and comprehend the English language

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Promote teamwork in providing services to residents.
• Follow state food-handling and kitchen regulations
• Operation of basic kitchen appliances or willingness to learn.
• Working 3-3.75 hours per shift standing, walking, and moving about without the need to sit down
