Requirements
Experience
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Skills
- Ability to operate industrial dishwashing machines.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitation techniques.
- Ability to handle and sort dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils efficiently.
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Good physical condition and stamina.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach frequently.

Education
- No formal education is required, but a high school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.
- Ensure all dishware, cookware, and utensils are sanitized and stored properly.
- Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers regularly.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of kitchen, including floors, walls, and equipment.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Support kitchen staff with additional cleaning tasks as required.
- Assist with unloading and storing kitchen deliveries.
