Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure items are cleaned, dried, and stored properly.
• Assist with basic food prep, such as peeling and chopping vegetables.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dishwashing areas.
• Adhere to sanitation procedures and health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of dishes during service.
• Assist with inventory of dishwashing supplies and report shortages.

As a Dishwasher, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. • Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment using industrial dishwashing equipment
• Ensure that all items are properly cleaned, dried, and stored in designated areas
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling and chopping vegetables, as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing areas
• Adhere to proper sanitation procedures and health and safety guidelines at all times
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure the smooth flow of dishes and utensils during service
• Assist with maintaining inventory of dishwashing supplies and report any shortages to the supervisor

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Dishwasher or in a similar role is preferred, but not required
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
