Job summary

Foxtown Brewing is seeking a dependable Dishwasher to maintain clean dishes, pots, pans and glassware, and ensure sanitation of kitchen equipment. Responsibilities include washing by hand and machine, removing trash, and assisting with deep cleaning as needed.

You will work in a fast-paced setting, stand for long periods, and be available for nights and weekends. Strong communication and a commitment to food safety are essential to support culinary operations.

Description

As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for ensuring food preparation equipment is clean and sanitary. The steward’s duties include, but are not limited to; washing dishes, pots, pans, and glassware (both by hand and automated machine), removing trash and recycling from the facility, cleaning appliances and machines, and other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reach. (Shifts can vary up to 10 hours or double shift)
