Job summary

Heritage at Irene Woods in Memphis, TN is seeking a cheerful Dishwasher to help maintain clean, inviting dining spaces for residents and guests. A friendly attitude and willingness to pitch in are essential.

Your daily duties include ware-washing, setting tables, assisting the serving staff, and keeping production areas clean and sanitized. This role supports a culture of hospitality and resident-centered service.

Qualifications

• High school sophomore year required.
• Experience in food service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and operational.
• Adhere to food quality, appearance and presentation standards.
• Perform ware-washing, dish washing, pot washing, general cleaning duties, and food/non-food storage.
• Assist serving staff with setting tables and clearing tables.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment, surfaces and ware-washing system areas.
• Represent the community in a warm and inviting manner to create a positive marketing environment.
• Support driving top-line revenue and occupancy through engaged staff.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Dishwasher:

• Exemplify at all times Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and operational
• Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance and presentation standards at all times.
• Perform kitchen activities including: ware-washing system set-up and break down, dish washing, pot washing, general cleaning duties, storing of food and non-food supplies, and prep production.
• Assist serving staff with setting of tables and work station areas as well as clearing tables.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, ware-washing system, and areas in kitchen.
• Represent the community in a warm and inviting manner, which creates a positive marketing environment.
• Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy
