HHS Culinary and Nutrition Solutions, LLC is seeking friendly, compassionate kitchen staff for Marquette General Hospital. Maintain a clean hospital cafeteria kitchen, sanitize equipment, and assist with stocking delivered food and items.

Open positions include Full-time and Part-time with Day/Evening/Night shifts. Background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility required. Equal Employment Opportunity employer in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform.

Responsibilities

• Maintain order and cleanliness of the kitchen, dining room, and storeroom.
• Put away deliveries, label and date products, and break down boxes.
• Stock and monitor towels and soap dispensers throughout the shift.
• Clean and return all kitchen equipment and serving ware in a timely manner.
• Set up and maintain a 3-compartment sink and dish machine.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and spot clean floors and high-traffic areas.
• Monitor and empty trash cans.
• Adhere to the facility’s health and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently.

Location: Marquette General Hospital Pay Rate: Hourly - Hourly Plan, 14.50 USD Hourly Work Shift: Morning Shift (United States of America)

Job Description

We’re looking for friendly, compassionate, team players to join our culinary team! Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment for the hospital cafeteria. Sanitize all pots, pans, utensils, and equipment in a timely manner. Support stocking and inventories by shelving and organizing delivered food and items.

Full-time and part-time positions available.

Day/Evening/Night shifts available.

Background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility required.

• Physical Requirements: Capable of prolonged standing and walking continuously, pushing dish racks, frequent stooping, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job.
• Preferred: Culinary experience (cook, commercial kitchen, fast food, hotel operations, healthcare, dishwasher, housekeeping, janitor, custodian).
