HHS Culinary and Nutrition Solutions, LLC (USA) is seeking a Dietary Utility Associate to join the Marquette General Hospital kitchen team. You will help maintain a clean, organized dining and storeroom, sanitize equipment, and support daily food preparation and service.

This role offers full-time and part-time options with day, evening, and night shifts. You must be 18+, speak English, and work well in a team. Training is provided; benefits include medical, dental, 401K, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform.

Responsibilities

• Maintain order and cleanliness of the kitchen, dining room, and storeroom.
• Put away deliveries, label and date products, and break down boxes.
• Stock and monitor towels and soap dispensers throughout the shift.
• Clean and return all kitchen equipment and serving ware in a timely manner.
• Set up and maintain a 3-compartment sink and dish machine.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and spot clean floors and high-traffic areas.
• Monitor and empty trash cans.
• Adhere to the facility’s health and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently.
