Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand.

• Make sure trash cans are emptied and kept clean.
• Assist cooks and prep cooks when necessary.
• Clean stoves, ovens, fryers, and all kitchen equipment.

The dishwasher is responsible for making sure all dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, and other equipment is kept clean and sanitized. This includes making sure the floors are swept and mopped, and the walls, shelves, storage areas and walk-ins are kept clean and organized. All staff should be focused on and demonstrate a guest-centric attitude and culture.
