Role Responsibilities: The Dishwasher is responsible for washing and sanitizing all flatware, glassware, and china, maintaining the dishwashing area to meet health standards, removing trash, and keeping exterior trash areas clean. You will work closely with the Executive Chef, Prep and Line cooks, and front of house staff to ensure dishes are properly washed, sanitized, and returned to service.

Skills and Standards:

• Keep work areas, food storage, and garbage areas clean and safe.
• Assist in inventory control and handle items properly to prevent breakage.

• Perform additional duties as required, including prep work.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Availability on weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays.
• Detail-oriented with high cleanliness standards.

• Current Food Handlers card.

Compensation: Hourly rate of $17.28 plus tips.
