Position: Busser / Porter / Cleaner

Responsibilities as a Dishwasher include:

1. Scraping and pre-rinsing food from dirty dishes and placing them in the dishwashing machine.
2. Washing pots, pans, and trays by hand and/or machine.
3. Removing trash and garbage to the dumpster area.
4. Washing work area tables, walls, refrigerator equipment, cooking equipment, and floors.
5. Cleaning garbage cans and trash receptacles.
