Job summary

Vantage Point Retirement Living in Exton, Pennsylvania, seeks a Dishwasher/Kitchen Utility to support our culinary team and provide clean, safe dish and prep areas for a senior living community.

You will operate the dishwashing machine, assist with daily cleaning schedules, and help ensure a sanitary kitchen environment for residents and staff. This role offers a teamwork-focused setting, benefits from day one, and opportunities to contribute to high-quality dining experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• One (1) previous experience preferred.
• Interest in working with a senior population.

Responsibilities

• Operate the dishwashing machine.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary food service environment by sweeping, mopping and pressure washing floors as well as sanitizing the dish machine.
• Set up and maintain dish and pot washing areas.
• Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
• Receive deliveries of food and non‑perishable supplies under the direction of culinary services director/cook.
• Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
