Job summary

Pieros in Las Vegas is hiring a full-time Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness of cookware, utensils, and kitchen areas. You will assist cooks, manage cleaning tasks, and support daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment.

Work hours typically 3pm-11pm or 4pm-12am, with weekends and holidays required. Prior experience in a commercial kitchen and a valid Clark County Health Card are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial kitchen environments preferred.
• Must have valid Clark County Health Card.
• Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all cookware, pots, pans, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area at all times.
• Assist cooks with products and deliveries.
• Clean main kitchen cooler on an ongoing basis.
• Clean and mop floors, including walk-in coolers.
• Keep inventory of cleaning chemicals, informing General Manager when products are low.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by Management.
