Job summary

Piero's Las Vegas is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher for a full-time evening shift. Responsibilities include washing and sanitizing cookware, keeping the kitchen area clean, and assisting cooks with deliveries and product handling.

The role requires maintaining sanitary conditions and complying with hygiene policies in a fast-paced environment. Shifts run from 3pm-11pm or 4pm-12am, with weekends and holidays possible.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial kitchen environments preferred.
• Must have valid Clark County Health Card.
• Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all cookware, pots, pans, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area at all times.
• Assist cooks with products and deliveries.
• Clean main kitchen cooler on an ongoing basis.
• Clean and mop floors, including walk-in coolers.
• Keep inventory of cleaning chemicals, informing General Manager when products are low.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by Management to run the store.
