Job summary

The Emeril Group is seeking a dependable dishwasher for Emeril's New Orleans Fish House. The role supports kitchen staff by washing dishes, pots and pans, and ensuring clean, sanitary small wares for guests in a fast-paced, refined dining setting.

Candidates should be comfortable with flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays. Culinary school is a plus but not required; benefits include health and dental insurance, paid time off, 401(k), dining discounts and staff development

• Culinary school training is preferred but not required.
• Experience in a fast-paced, refined, fine dining atmosphere preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots and pans and ensure kitchen staff are stocked with clean equipment and small wares.
• Perform general cleaning, trash removal and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and related areas.

Job description

The orderly operation of our restaurant relies on the hard work of our dedicated dish crew. Our dishwashers not only wash dishes, pots and pans, but also ensure that the kitchen staff is well stocked with cooking equipment and that the service staff always has the clean and sanitary small wares for our guests. Dishwashers are also responsible for general cleaning, trash removal and maintaining the cleanliness of other physical property and fixtures in and about the restaurant.
