Job summary

Walters Hospitality is seeking a friendly dishwasher to support our event teams. You will assist during events, collect and wash dishes, and store them properly while maintaining HACCP standards.

The role requires physical stamina, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Applicants must be 18+, have a Texas Food Handlers license, pass a background check, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Texas Food Handlers license required.
• Must be 18 years or older; background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Diswash during events as part of the kitchen team.
• Collect used kitchenware, china and glassware; load/unload dishwasher.
• Hand wash items as necessary and store cleaned pieces safely.
• Ensure adequate cleaned dishes during peak service times.
• Remove garbage regularly and sanitize the kitchen area.
• Maintain HACCP compliance in kitchen areas and monitor cleanliness.
• Demonstrate teamwork and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain flexible availability for nights/weekends.
