Job summary

Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q is seeking hands-on team members to support a fast-paced kitchen environment. You’ll keep dishes and smallwares moving, maintain a clean and safe dish pit and floors, and jump in wherever the team needs a hand to keep the restaurant running.

No experience is required. You’ll join a hard-working team where reliability and work ethic matter, with clear paths for advancement from line to kitchen leadership.

The Physical Stuff:

This role is hands-on and high-energy. You'll be on your feet 8+ hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and stock room areas. Bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation are all part of the craft. These requirements reflect the essential functions of the role and may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
