Job summary

The Original Pancake House DFW is seeking a motivated Dishwasher to join our team in Indianapolis. As a Dishwasher, you will contribute to an exceptional dining experience by transporting and cleaning cooking utensils and serviceware, and assist with maintaining clean work areas and restaurant equipment.

You will be adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting, focusing on quality work and supporting a friendly, productive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Dishwashing and sanitation duties per SOP.
• Comfort with lifting and moving heavy items.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Wash pots, pans, and trays and polish silver.
• Segregate and remove trash and place it in the designated containers.
• Sweep and mop floors; wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and all other surface areas.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas; restock tools and supplies for the next shift.
• Maintain temperature logs; keep walk-in cooler/freezer organized.
• Helpline cooks properly prep, store, and date food.
