What You'll Do
Keep dishes, utensils, and smallware's moving through the machine and back to the line, keep the dish pit and kitchen floors clean and safe, and jump in wherever the team needs a hand. You keep the whole restaurant running. We know it, and we don't forget it.

The Physical Stuff: This role is hands-on and high-energy. You’ll be on your feet 8+ hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and stock room areas. Bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation are all part of the craft. These requirements reflect the essential functions of the role and may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
