Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q in Nashville is seeking a team member for our dish pit and kitchen support. You will keep dishes and smallwares moving through the machine, help keep the dish pit and floors clean, and jump in wherever the team needs a hand.

No experience required. We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in a job done right. The role is hands-on and high-energy, with opportunities for advancement within the team.

The Physical Stuff: This role is hands-on and high-energy. You’ll be on your feet 8+ hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and stock room areas. Bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation are all part of the craft.
