Job summary

StepStone-Hospitality-Inc is seeking a diligent dishwasher to support our kitchen operations in Gulfport, MS. You will load, run and unload the dish machine, keep it clean, and ensure sanitary wash cycles.

You will also wash and store tableware and maintain an organized dish room to support dining room and kitchen needs. Candidates should work well independently, demonstrate reliability, and have basic customer service awareness.

Responsibilities

• Load, run and unload dish machine.
• Keep the dish machine clean and report problems.
• Monitor water temperature for sanitary wash cycle.
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.
• Keep dish room clean and organized.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware.
• Handle tableware to prevent breakage and loss.
• Segregate and remove trash and haul to dumpster.
• Transfer supplies between storage and work areas by hand or by hand truck.
• Perform basic food prep as needed.
• Clean food preparation and production areas as required.
• Maintain health and sanitation standards.

• Load, run and unload dish machine
• Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately.
• Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware
• Keep dish room clean and organized
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen
• Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
• Segregate and remove trash and garbage and place all in designated containers and haul to dumpster
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or by use of hand truck.
• Perform basic food prep as needed.
• Clean food preparation and production areas as required.
• Maintain health and sanitation standards.
