Job summary

Stoney River Steakhouse and Grill in Germantown, TN is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support our fast-paced, scratch-kitchen operation. You will maintain spotless dishware, ensure proper sanitation, and help keep the kitchen running smoothly during service.

This role requires 18+ and, while a year of kitchen experience is preferred, training is available. You will work closely with the culinary team and other staff to uphold our high standards and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
• 1 yr. previous kitchen / culinary / chef experience on a broiler is preferred, but not required.
• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including but not limited to knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens required.

Responsibilities

• Our restaurants operate professional, fast-paced, scratch kitchens.
• We hire dishwashers who understand high expectations for food presentation and execution on spotless clean kitchenware.
• Our restaurants typically include an open-kitchen layout with visibility from the dining room.
• Coordination of designated positions requires strong communication and teamwork with other employees, including all other team members and all members of management.
• This position is responsible for the execution of proper dish cleaning while maintaining a clean station and workspace.
• Proper sanitation protocols must be followed.
• Responsibilities also include opening duties and closing cleaning duties.
