Job summary

Condesa Restaurant is seeking a friendly, outgoing Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, equipment, and kitchen areas in a fast-paced setting. The role emphasizes speed, accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to health and safety protocols, with no supervisory duties and reporting to the Executive Chef.

Flexible to fit evenings, weekends and extensions. Both full-time and part-time options are available, and employees may use computer timekeeping and cash handling tools as part

Condesa is looking for friendly, outgoing and positive people to join our team!This position maintains cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, equipment, and kitchen areas to support smooth restaurant operations. This hands-on position emphasizes speed, accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to health and safety protocols in a fast-paced setting. The role reports to the Executive Chef and involves no supervisory duties.

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate and interact professionally and effectively with customers and all team members.


• Must be able to use a computer for timekeeping and cash handling purposes.


• Possesses excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.


• Good communication skills.


• Complete understanding of all safety requirements and company safety policies.


• Complete knowledge of all company security regulations and federal/state/local regulations relating to food safety.


• Ability to obtain any applicable certifications/licensures as required.


• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and extended shifts as needed.

Education & Experience:

• Customer-service experience preferred.


• Experience in high end restaurant preferred.
