Job summary

Village on the Park Denton is seeking a full-time Dishwasher/Utility Worker to support dining services for our senior community. You will help maintain clean wares and work efficiently within a busy kitchen.

The role requires weekend and holiday availability, the ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and strong hygiene standards to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine efficiently.
• Keep the dish machine clean and report issues promptly.
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware for dining room and kitchen.
• Clean food prep and production areas as required.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain sanitation.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.

Location: Village on the Park Denton, an Assisted Living with Memory Care senior community.

Pay Rate: $15.35/hr.

Shifts Available: PRN Shift

Must be available on weekends and holidays.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine efficiently.
• Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical issues immediately.
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware to ensure adequate levels of clean items for the dining room and kitchen.
• Clean food preparation and production areas as required.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management or leadership to support the smooth operation of the kitchen.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to work in hot, wet, humid, and loud environments for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, reach, bend, and stoop; work in a standing position for long periods; and safely lift bags, cases, and stacks weighing up to 60 pounds up to 30 times per shift.
• Maintain exceptional hygiene and grooming habits.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Must be able to work holidays.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
