• Cleans walk-in refrigerator daily.
• Breaks down boxes and disposes of trash.

• Attends staff meetings and in-service sessions.
• Cleans employee break room; sweeps and mops.
• Polishes stainless steel surfaces weekly.
• Follows supervisor instructions when leaving work areas.

Loads dishes into the dish machine and unloads after washing, checking to be sure all items have been thoroughly cleaned.3. Washes and stores pots, pans and cooking utensils.4. Keeps kitchen floors swept clean and dry. Cleans spills immediately.5. Scrubs floors and cleans walk-in refrigerator daily.6. Breaks down boxes and disposes of all trash.7. Follows weekly and monthly cleaning schedules as directed for the main kitchen area.8. Attends departmental staff meetings and scheduled in-service meetings.9. Cleans employee break room at the end of the shift. Sweep floor and wipe off table. Mops floor weekly.10. Polishes all stainless steel refrigerators weekly.11.
