Job summary

Raydal Hospitality is hiring a dishwasher to support daily kitchen operations and maintain clean, safe work areas. You will assist with dishwashing, sanitation duties, and trash removal while upholding FAB (Fresh, Authentic and Bold) standards.

We value reliability, punctuality, and teamwork; a clean driving record or reliable transportation is required to join our team. Training will be provided to ensure consistent, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience as a dishwasher or similar role is preferred.
• Ability to maintain clean and sanitized work areas.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential for shift coverage.

Responsibilities

• Make sure chemical levels are adequate to run dish machine and fill 3 compartment sinks.
• Ensure sanitizer buckets are cleaned and sanitized daily for kitchen staff use.
• Keep mops, brooms and other cleaning equipment clean and in good condition; report replacements to manager.
• Remove trash from bins, keep bins clean, replace bag liner, and take trash to dumpster.
• Clean and sanitize work area before and after shift.
• Must have reliable transportation.
