Job summary

Atrium Hospitality in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Full-Time Kitchen Steward to keep our kitchens clean, organized, and sanitary for all meals and events. You will wash dishes, sanitize prep areas, and support the kitchen and event teams while following safety standards.

We value teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude; no prior experience is required as training is provided. This role offers full-time hours with weekend availability and opportunities for growth within the Atrium

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces.
• Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils.
• Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and dock area.
• Support kitchen and event teams with setup and breakdown.
• Help ensure sanitation standards across food and beverage spaces.

Job Description

What You Will Do:

• Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area
• Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish-up assistance
• Help ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces

• Food Safety Certificate or willingness to complete training within 90 days
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or squat for long periods
• A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
