Eine Bewerbung wie gemacht für diesen Job — ein maßgeschneiderter Lebenslauf und ein Anschreiben, die genau zur Stellenanzeige passen.
Colton’s Social House in California is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to keep the dining room experience moving. You will wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, and kitchen equipment, and ensure a clean, orderly dish area throughout shifts.
The role emphasizes staying organized under pressure, fast-paced prioritization, and teamwork to support the kitchen and overall guest experience. Training is available; prior dishwashing experience is welcome but not required.
At Colton’s Social House, Social Therapy is created by more than the people our guests see. Every clean plate, every stocked station, and every teammate who has what they need contributes to an experience that feels effortless on the other side of the kitchen doors.
Our Dishwashers are an important part of keeping that experience moving. They keep dishes, cookware, utensils, and equipment clean and circulating; maintain an organized and sanitary dish area; handle trash and cleaning responsibilities; restock throughout the restaurant; and support the Kitchen with whatever needs attention next.
This is a fast-paced, physical, hands-on position. During a busy shift, the work keeps coming—and a great Dishwasher learns how to stay organized, work with urgency, prioritize what the restaurant needs, and keep moving without sacrificing cleanliness or standards.
And when the dish pit is caught up, the job isn’t done. There’s always something that can be cleaned, stocked, organized, or done to help the team.
You may work behind the scenes, but your work shows up in every guest’s experience. That’s Social Therapy.
