Responsibilities

• Properly sort, stack, and store clean dishes and equipment in designated areas.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and transport waste to disposal areas.
• Clean and maintain dishwashing machines, sinks, floors, drains, and work areas.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing storage areas as needed.
• Support kitchen staff with basic prep and cleaning tasks when assigned.
• Follow health, sanitation, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
• Assist with opening and closing cleaning duties.
• Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with all team members.

Dishwasher

The Dishwasher is an essential member of the kitchen team responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout the restaurant. This position ensures that dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and available to support smooth restaurant operations while assisting with general kitchen cleanliness and support tasks.
