A Day in The Life

As a Dishwasher, you keep the heartbeatof our scratch kitchen strong by making sure our team always has clean,ready-to-go tools to crush service. Fast-paced, team-driven, and essential —this is a role where your work truly matters.

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using a dishwasheror by hand.
• Keep the dishwasher clean and stocked. Immediately report anyfunctional or mechanical problems to the Kitchen Manager.
• Monitor dishwasher water temperature to ensure sanitary washcycle
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean andorderly condition
• Clean and remove trash from designated kitchen areas
• Organize clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storageareas
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room andkitchen
• Maintain proper levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Position requiresqualified individuals to see, hear and speak (verbally and audibly). Requiredto ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time; liftup to 50 pounds, bend, stoop and kneel. May be required to work outside invarious weather conditions. May be required to work on a computer for extendedperiods of time, including viewing the screen, using a mouse, manipulating akeyboard with hands, and reaching with arms. May be asked to drive or travel bycar, air, or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able tofunction effectively in a fast-paced working environment. Must be able toreport to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state.Must disclose prescribed and/or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals that mayimpair or affect the ability to perform the job's essential functions.
