Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes, and stocks dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of the kitchen, including storage areas and coolers.
• Empties trash and disposes of garbage properly.
• Performs daily cleaning of storage, shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust systems.
• Stores dishes and wares in proper areas.
• Follows safe work practices in performance of duties.
• Cleans the kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required.

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes, and properly stocks all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of the entire kitchen, including dry storage and walk‑in cooler areas, by sweeping and mopping.
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
• Performs daily cleaning of dry storage, walk‑in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust systems.
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Cleans the kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have experience working in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
