Job summary

Tetherow Resort in Bend, Oregon is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. You will assist with dishwashing, sanitation, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and adapt quickly to busy events. We offer a supportive team and an energetic workplace in a beautiful Central Oregon setting.

Qualifications

• Sanitation and dishwashing machine knowledge required.
• Organizational and time-management skills essential.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of department policies and standards as set by Tetherow.
• Uphold a professional demeanor at all times.
• Coordinate with Food and Beverage Manager on cleaning methods.
• Multitask with attention to detail for accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep the work area clean and organized at all times.
• Assist other kitchen staff as needed.

What you'll do…

• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards set by Tetherow
• Uphold a professional manner at Tetherow
• Communicate with the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure the proper cleaning methods are met
• Multi-task with an impeccable eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Sustain a clean and neat work environment
• Cooperate in performing any other duty deemed reasonable and necessary by the supervisor or management.
• Support all kitchen staff and their duties and responsibilities
