Job summary

Saint Therese is seeking a Part-Time Dishwasher, with weekend shifts from 11:00am to 7:00pm, to help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming dining environments for residents. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to sanitation standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities include washing and sanitizing dishware, supporting kitchen operations, and assisting with meal service. Prior dishwashing or food service experience is a plus; a positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment following established sanitation standards.
• Support safe and efficient kitchen operations by maintaining clean and organized dish and food prep areas.
• Assist with refuse removal, recycling, and maintaining clean kitchen and dining spaces.
• Support floor cleaning and general kitchen sanitation to maintain a safe work environment.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced dining environment while maintaining quality and safety.
• Collaborate with dining team to support meal service and daily kitchen operations.
• Demonstrate professionalism and a service-focused attitude toward residents and team members.

In this fast-paced, team-oriented position, you'll help ensure kitchen and dining operations run smoothly by maintaining sanitation standards, cleaning dishware and kitchen equipment, and supporting overall kitchen organization. Previous food service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and strong work ethic are what matter most.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year previous dishwashing or food service experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or skilled nursing environments
• Experience working in fast-paced kitchen or dining service environments
