Job summary

The Ranch LC in Austin, TX seeks a Dishwasher to support our Haywire & The Ranch brand. You’ll keep dishes, utensils, and back-of-house areas sparkling, while upholding Texas hospitality and fast, careful service.

You’ll join a team focused on safety, sanitation, and efficiency in a high-volume kitchen. Previous dishwasher or steward experience is preferred; E-Verify compliance is part of our hiring process.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year steward or dishwasher experience preferred.
• Must be able to read and understand chemical uses and labels.
• Stand for long periods and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification; follow sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Keep dishes, utensils, and cookware clean and organized.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen area.
• Support back-of-house operations and ensure efficient workflow.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum one (1) year steward or dishwasher experience preferred, high volume experience a plus
• Must be able to read and understand chemical uses and labels
• Stand for long periods of time & be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification; practice proper sanitation procedures and follow state, city and company regulations
