Erickson Senior Living's Ashby Ponds in Loudoun County, Virginia, is hiring a Prep Cook I to contribute to Signature Dining Programs, performing à la minute cooking and creating chef-inspired dishes with a dedicated team in a state-of-the-art kitchen.

We offer hourly wages of $17.00–$19.00, with full- or part-time schedules, weekend availability, and competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) with company match, plus a 30% meal discount at on-site dining venues.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work some weekends and holidays.
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds

Join our team as a Prep Cook i f you’re passionate about food and teamwork, with culinary experience. You will contribute to our Signature Dining Programs, engaging in à la minute cooking and creating chef-inspired dishes, while working with a dedicated team in state-of-the‑art kitchens and using top‑notch equipment.

What we offer

• Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour, based with experience
• Full time - 40 hours, 12 noon - 9:00 pm plus weekend availability
• Part time - 20 hours 12 noon - 9:00 pm plus weekend availability
