Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is hiring a Dishwasher at our Amarillo community. You will wash dishes, keep the kitchen clean, and support staff to ensure residents receive high-quality meals.

• 6 months experience in a commercial kitchen preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes and utensils to high cleanliness standards.
• Monitor dishwashing machine temperature daily to ensure proper operation.
• Remove cracked or broken dishes and notify supervisor.
• Store dishes, glassware, and utensils properly for next use.
• Dispose of all trash in a proper manner.
• Clean dishwasher interior and exterior after each shift.
• Deep clean kitchen on a monthly basis.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floor, walk-in refrigerator, and freezer each evening.
